摘要
研究普洱茶对高脂血症大鼠降脂和预防脂肪肝的作用。结果表明,高脂模型组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C比对空白照组明显升高,HDL-C下降,肝组织脂肪变性严重;普洱茶组大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C与高脂模型比较明显降低,HDL-C含量增加,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01),肝组织脂肪变性明显减轻。普洱茶对高脂饮食试验动物引起的高脂血症和脂肪肝有辅助治疗作用。
The effects of Pu-erh tea on reducing blood lipid of hyperlipidemia and preventing fatty liver in experimental rats fed with high-fat diet were studied. Results showed , in hyperlipidemia model group, TC ,TG and LDL-C of serum increased markedly while H DL-C decreased significantly and fatty degeneration of liver tissue increased. The results confirmed that the Pu-erh tea could reduced blood lipid of hyperlipi- demia rats and therapeutic effect on the fatty liver of rats.
