摘要
通过测定铅(Pb)胁迫下胜利油菜种子活力、幼苗质膜的渗透性、脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性变化,探讨铅胁迫对油菜生理的影响。结果表明,种子活力随铅浓度的提高而降低,质膜透性、脯氨酸含量和MDA含量则与之相反;在一定限度内,POD和SOD的活性随铅浓度的提高而提高。
To explore the physiological effect of lead (Pb) stress on rape (Brassica napus L. ), the seed viability, membrane permeability, the content of proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) ,and changes in the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the seedlings were investigated. The results showed the seed viability reduced and membrane permeability, contents of proline and malondialdehyde (MDA) increased with increasing Pb concentration. The activity of POD and SOD was enhanced with increasing Pb concentration to a certain extent.
