摘要
以山西省农科院图书馆为例,对读者问卷调查的结果进行了分析,了解了读者对图书馆各项服务工作的满意程度,对各项服务方式的需求及对各种文献信息资源利用的特点。并对今后如何进一步提高图书馆的服务质量提出了建议。
This paper has analyzed the results of reader survey in the library of Shanxi Academy of Agriculture Science.The paper has made clear the readers’ satisfaction degree towards library services and staff performance,known well what the reader needs for the library services,as well as the characteristics of using different types of documents by readers,and put forwards suggestions for improving service quality.
