为了社区图书馆健康稳定发展,提高社区图书馆服务水平是急待研究的课题。借鉴创新扩散理论,全面认识了影响社区图书馆服务水平的基本要素。立足于社区和社区文化的发展,提出了在管理体制、资源建设、服务理念、服务方式、服务手段以及人才队伍等方面进行改革创新的策略,对加强社区图书馆建设具有指导作用。

For the progression of community library health and steady,the research topic is urgently needs to raise the service level of community library.Profits from the innovation diffusion theory,the basic elements of influence community library service level had known.The strategy of the reform innovation had proposed in aspects for management system,resources construction,service idea,service mode,service method as well as talented person troop and so on,bases on the development of the community and the community culture.It has the instruction function to strengthen the construction of community library.
