摘要
针对高校图书馆文献信息服务过程中"思想观念缺位、服务水平不高、服务队伍不精良、服务制度不健全"等问题,提出了"创新服务理念、提高服务水平、优化服务队伍、建立和完善服务机制"等应对措施。
In University library bibliographic information service,there are some problems such as the lack of concept,the low level of service,the bad teams and the system is not perfect.Actually,many measures could be taken-to innovative service concept,to improve service levels,to strengthen the team-building and to establish and improve the service system,for example.
