浅谈高校图书馆的人际关系

Discussion on Interpersonal Relations among University Librarians

图书馆人际关系是图书馆里最直接而主要的社会心理环节,它不仅影响图书馆成员个体心理的发展和行为的改变,而且影响图书馆的建设、组织能力的发挥,影响着服务质量的提高和服务目标的实现。所以,高校图书馆必须处理好馆员与领导之间,馆员与馆员之间,馆员与读者之间的人际关系。

As the most direct and primary socio-psychological ties,relations among librarians exert influence on colleagues’ psychological and behavioral development,on the library’s construction and function,and as well on service quality and reader satisfaction.It is necessary for the library to develop a sound relationship between librarians and leaders,librarians and readers.Key words： university library;interpersonal relation
