摘要 目的建立扶桑花中槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Dikma platisil ODS柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液(体积比30∶70),流速1.0 mL·min^-1,柱温30℃,检测波长360 nm。结果槲皮素进样量在0.041 6-0.416μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.95%,RSD为1.09%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确,可用于扶桑花药材的质量控制。 Objective To develop a method for the determination of quercetin in Flos Hibisci Rosae-sinensis.Methods HPLC was performed using a Dikma platisil ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid solution(30∶70) as mobile phase under a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 360 nm.Results The calibration curve of quercein was linear within the range of 0.041 6-0.416 μg,and the average recovery was 98.95% with the RSD of 1.09%(n=6).Conclusion This method is convenient,reproducible and accurate,and can be used in quality control of Flos H.Rosae-sinensis.
