摘要
目的分析蜈蚣藻和带形蜈蚣藻的脂肪酸成分和无机元素含量。方法采用三氯甲烷-甲醇法提取南海大型经济海藻蜈蚣藻和带形蜈蚣藻中的粗脂肪,利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析其脂肪酸的组成。采用Optima 2000DV原子发射光谱仪测定蜈蚣藻和带形蜈蚣藻中几种人体必需无机元素Ca、P、Zn、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Cr、Se、Sr和一些有害元素As、Cd、Pb的含量。结果蜈蚣藻和带形蜈蚣藻的粗脂肪含量分别为5.6%和3.4%,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量分别占其总脂肪酸含量的7.18%和1.08%。蜈蚣藻和带形蜈蚣藻的无机元素含量均较丰富,其中人体必需的Fe、Ca、Mg、P、Zn含量较高,而有害元素As、Cd、Pb含量很低。结论蜈蚣藻和带形蜈蚣藻主要的脂肪酸成分为棕榈酸。相比而言,蜈蚣藻的营养价值更高。
Objective To analyze the fatty acids and inorganic elements from Grateloupia filicina and Grateloupia turuturu. Methods Chloroform and methanol were used to extract the crude fat of G.filicina and G.turuturu collected from South China Sea.The fatty acids were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and the contents of inorganic elements were analyzed by using Atomic Emission Spectrometer Optima 2000DV.Results The results showed that the crude fat contents of G.filicina and G.turuturu were 5.6% and 3.4%.The contents of UFA were 7.18% and 1.08% respectively.The contents of essential inorganic elements Fe,Ca,Mg,P,Zn in G.filicina and G.turuturu are high and the contents of harmful inorganic elements As,Cd,Pb are low.Conclusion The major fatty acid of these two alga is hexadecanoic acid.The nutritional value of G.filicina is better than G.turuturu.
