摘要
目的建立微乳高效液相色谱法测定地喹氯铵喷雾剂中地喹氯铵的含量。方法采用Venusil ABSC18柱(5μm,30 nm,4.6 mm×200 mm),以微乳[3.3%(质量分数)十二烷基硫酸钠-0.8%(质量分数)正辛烷-6.6%(质量分数)正丁醇-89.3%(质量分数)水]为流动相,检测波长为254 nm,流速为0.7 mL·min^-1。结果地喹氯铵在10-120μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 5(n=7),平均回收率为99.9%(n=9),RSD为1.4%。结论本法准确、简便、专属性强,可用于地喹氯铵喷雾剂的质量控制。
Objective To develop a new method for determination of Dequalinium Chloride Spray with microemulsion liquid chromatography. MethodsVenusil ASB C18(5 μm,30 nm,4.6 mm×200 mm) was used with microemulsion mobile phase : 3.3%(w/w)sodium dodecylsulfate(SDS)-6.6%(w/w)n-butanol-0.8%(w/w)n-octane-89.3%(w/w)water.The flow rate was 0.7 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.ResultsThe calibration curve showed good linearity with the correlation coefficients above 0.999 5 in the linear range from 10 to 120 mg·L-1.The mean recovery rate of 3 tested batches was 99.9%(RSD=1.4%,n=9).ConclusionThe method is accurate,convenient,highly specific,suitable for determination of dequalinium chloride spray.
