摘要
目的测定石杉碱甲亲水凝胶骨架缓释片中石杉碱甲的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C18柱,甲醇-0.02%三乙醇胺溶液(体积比60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为309 nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃,进样量20μL。结果石杉碱甲在1.041-52.05μg·mL^-1范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6。平均回收率为99.37%,RSD=0.40%。结论本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of huperzine A in huperzine A hydrophilic matrix sustained-release tablets.Methods HPLC was performed on a C18 column using mathanol-0.02%triethanolamine(60∶40) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was at 309nm.The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the sample size was 20 μL.Results The linear range of huperzine A was 1.041 ~52.05 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 6),the average recovery was 99.37%(RSD=0.40%).Conclusions The method is simple,accurate,special and can be used for the quality control of huperzine A hydrophilic matrix sustained-release tablets.
