摘要
目的研究古方黄芪散对血糖的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发的糖尿病和肾上腺素导致的高血糖小鼠模型,观察黄芪散对血糖小鼠模型和糖耐量的影响,并观察黄芪散对正常小鼠血糖和糖耐量的影响。结果黄芪散中剂量能降低STZ糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖,高、中剂量能改善STZ糖尿病小鼠的糖耐量,降低肾上腺素引起的高血糖,黄芪散高、中、低剂量连续给药3周对正常小鼠的血糖和糖耐量无明显影响。结论黄芪散具有一定的降糖作用,为其临床治疗糖尿病及其并发症提供了实验依据。
Objective To study the effects of Huangqisan on blood glucose level in mice.Methods Diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin(STZ),hyperglycemia mice caused by adrenalin and normal mice were used to study the effects of Huangqisan on blood glucose level and glucose tolerance in pathological or normal state.Results The moderate dose of Huangqisan decreased fasted blood glucose,high dose and moderate dose improved glucose tolerance in STZ-induced diabetic mice;high and moderate doses also lowered blood glucose in adrenaline-induced hyperglycemia mice;however,Huangqisan showed no obvious effects on blood glucose level and glucose tolerance in normal mice after administration for three weeks.Conclusion Huangqisan had positive hypoglycemic effects in the study,providing experimental basis for the clinical utilization in the treatment of diabetes and its complications.
