线性加权综合法在药品供应商评价中的应用

Application of the linear-weighted summation method in evaluation of pharmaceutical suppliers

目的以客观、量化的评价结果为医院考查药品供应商每个阶段的实际绩效并对其实施奖惩提供直接依据,不断促进其提升供应绩效水平。方法建立了一种对药品供应商进行阶段性连续评价的线性加权综合评价模型,详细阐述了其评价方法,并给出了该模型在药品供应商评价过程中的具体应用实例。结果线性加权综合法克服了以往医院在评价药品供应商的决策中存在的盲目性和人为性。结论线性加权综合法可作为医院评价药品供应商的一种实用有效的方法。

Objective To provide the direct basis by taking the objective and quantified evaluation results for hospitals checking the pharmaceutical suppliers′ actual performances at every stage with implementing incentives and punishments,and thus to promote the pharmaceutical suppliers＇ level of performances.Methods A linear-weighted summation method for periodical and continuous evaluation of the pharmaceutical suppliers was set up,the evaluation method was described in detail,and cases of the evaluation method in the evaluation of pharmaceutical suppliers were expounded.Results The linear-weighted summation method overcame the deliberate blindness in the decision-making of evaluation of hospital pharmaceutical suppliers in the past.Conclusion The linear-weighted summation method could be used as practical and effective evaluation method for pharmaceutical suppliers in hospital.
