以环境园为核心的城市垃圾处理设施规划新方法

New Planning Method of Municipal Waste Treatment Facilities with Environmental Park as the Main Content

基于对国内大中城市屡屡遭遇城市垃圾处理设施选址难的分析,提出了一种以环境园的形式在城市规划成果中预留并控制环卫用地来解决这一问题的思路。界定了"环境园"的概念,给出了环境园的选址原则、设置标准及建设管理要求,总结了以环境园为核心集中布置城市垃圾处理设施的意义。并以《深圳市环境卫生设施系统布局规划》为例,介绍了对环境园的规划。

Based on the analysis of site-selection problem for municipalwaste treatment facilities in large and mediumsized cities of China, a new planning technical method with environmental park as the main content was present to reserve and control environmental sanitation land in urban planning to solve the problem. The concept of environmental park was defined, the site-selection principle, setting standards and construction ＆ management requirements of environmental park were put forward, and significances of layout municipal waste treatment facilities centralized with environmental park as the core were summed up. Taking Shenzhen Environmental Sanitation Facility System Layout Planning as an example, the environmental park planning was introduced.
