摘要
介绍了125 MW汽轮机低压转子焊缝,采用直探头61°反射与小角度纵波探头检测2种方法,对2种检测方法进行对比,同时对DL/T 505-2005《汽轮机主轴焊缝超声波探伤规程》中规定的扫查灵敏度进行了修正。
The low pressure rotor weld of 125MW turbine,adopts tow methods of straight probe 61°reflection and small-angle longitudinal wave probe testing,the paper compares two kinds of testing methods,at the same time scanning sensitivity is revised in the standard DL/T505-2005 "the guide of ultrasonic inspection for welding of steam turbine shaft".
