摘要
城乡统筹是"城"和"乡"的互动发展,乡村规划应充分考虑城乡统筹的社会大背景,在分析现实困境的基础上,寻求发展的新方向:从强制"植入"走向村民"主导",从"个体"规划走向"系统"规划,从"自上而下"的"蓝图"规划走向"上下结合"的"过程"规划。
Urban-rural integration is the interactive development of the ＂city＂and the＂ village＂. Rural planning should take into consideration the general social background of urban-rural integration. With an analysis of current planning predicament, new directions for rural planning are proposed. These new directions have the following three characteristic features： villagers playing a leading rather than a receptive role, planning improved with a systematic point of view, and the ＂top-down ＂blueprint replaced by an ＂interactive＂ planning process.
