基于投入产出分析的新疆主导产业选择研究

Research Based on the Input-output Analysis of the Leading Industry Selection in Xinjiang

以往在主导产业的选择中,主要注重经济标准,本文从以人为本、可持续发展的观点出发,提出主导产业的选择不仅要考虑经济效应,还要考虑主导产业带来的社会效应,引入社会标准,并基于投入产出资料设计出包含了劳动投入结构系数以作为社会标准的指标体系,以新疆为例,根据2002年投入产出表,测算得出新疆应该选择的主导产业。

This paper starts out from the point of view taking people as center and the sustainable development, taking Xinjiang for example, and the paper based on the 2002 input-output tables, estimates the leading industry which should be chosen in Xinjiang.
