摘要
IgA肾病是儿童最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,其临床表现和预后有较大异质性,部分患儿甚至可能发展为终末期肾病。该文简述了影响IgA肾病预后的相关因素,如遗传、蛋白尿程度、高血压、血肌酐水平、肾小球硬化、免疫病理、肾小管间质病变等方面的研究进展。
IgA nephropathy（IgAN） is the most common type of primary glomerulonephritis in children, in which partial cases may develop to end stage renal disease. The clinical manifestations and prognosis of IgAN are various. In this article, we discuss the recent advances of prognostic factors of IgAN, such as family history, the degree of proteinuria, hypertension, serum creatinine levels, glomerulosclerosis, immunopathogenesis and tubulointerstitial lesions.
