注射用吡拉西坦与3种常用输液配伍的稳定性研究

Compatible Stability of Piracetam for Injection in Three Different Infusions

目的研究室温6h内注射用吡拉西坦与5%葡萄糖注射液、50%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍的稳定性,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定注射用吡拉西坦与3种输液配伍后6h内吡拉西坦的pH及含量变化,同时考察配伍液的外观。结果在室温条件下,注射用吡拉西坦与3种输液配伍6h后,外观、pH和含量均无明显变化。结论注射用吡拉西坦可与5%葡萄糖注射液、50%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍。

Objective To study the compatible stability of Piracetam for Injection in three different infusions, 5% Glucose Injection, 50% Glucose Injection and 0. 9% Sodium Chloride Injection, for 6 h at room temperature in order to provide the scientific basis for rational drug use in clinic. Methods The contents of Piracetam for Injection in three mixtures were determined by HPLC and their appearance, pH values were determined. Results There was no significant change in the appearance, pH values and content for 6 h at room temperature after compatibility. Conclusion Piracetam for Injection solution can be combined with 5% Glucose Injection, 50% Glucose Injection and 0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection.
