摘要
目的建立金鸡片中穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为225nm和250nm,流速为0.8mL/min,进样量10μL。结果穿心莲内酯、脱水穿心莲内酯的进样量分别在0.02068~0.12408μg和0.08104~0.48624μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.22%和99.13%,RSD分别为1.06%和1.45%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速,两组分分离度好,测定结果准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法 。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of andrographolide and dehydroandrographolide in Jinji Tablets. Methods The Hypersil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (50:50). The UV detection wavelength was 225 nm and 250 nm. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min, the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear range was 0.020 68-0. 124 08μg for andrographolide and 0.081 04-0.486 24 μg for dehydroandrographolide. The average recovery rates were 98.22% and 99. 13%, RSD was 1.05% and 1.46% (n=6),respectively. Conclusion The proposed method appears to be simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is available to the quality control of Jinji Tablets.
