摘要
目的建立乙基纤维素中残留有机溶剂二氯甲烷的测定方法。方法采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,FID检测器,色谱柱为DB-624石英毛细管柱(30m×0.3mm,1.8μm),载气为氮气,柱温90℃。结果二氯甲烷可得到有效分离,在所考察的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996(n=6),平均回收率为98.99%,RSD=1.04%(n=9)。结论所用方法灵敏、准确、快速,可作为乙基纤维素中残留有机溶剂二氯甲烷的检测方法 。
Objective To establish a headspace capillary gas chromatography method for determining the residual organic solvent methylene chloride in ethyl cellulose. Methods Methylene chloride was separated on the DB-624 capillary column(30 m ×0. 3 mm, 1.8μm),the column temperature was 90 ℃. Results Methylene chloride was separated with the good linearity, r = 0. 999 6( n = 6). The average recovery rate was 98.99%, RSD=1. 04% (n=9). Conclusion The methods is proved to be accurate and sensitive after validation, which can be uses for determining the residual organic solvent methylene chloride in ethyl cellulose.
