摘要
目的建立橘红枇杷片中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法用超声波提取法制备供试品溶液;采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(19∶81)为流动相;流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长283 nm;柱温:30℃。结果柚皮苷进样量在0.097~1.742μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.1%(n=9)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于橘红枇杷片中柚皮苷的含量测定。
Aim To establish a method for detecting naringin in juhong pipa tablets with HPLC.Methods Ultrasonic wave was adopted to produce the solution.The chromatographic column of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(19:81),as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min-1,the detective wavelength was 283 nm and column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range was from 0.097 to 1.742 μg(r=0.9999,n=6).The average recovery was 98.7%,and RSD was 1.1%(n=9).Conclusion The method is convenient,accurate and suitable for the determination of naringin in juhong pipa tablets.
