橘红枇杷片中柚皮苷的含量测定

Determination of naringin in juhong pipa tablets

目的建立橘红枇杷片中柚皮苷的含量测定方法。方法用超声波提取法制备供试品溶液;采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸（19∶81）为流动相;流速1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长283 nm;柱温：30℃。结果柚皮苷进样量在0.097~1.742μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999,n=6）,平均加样回收率为98.7%,RSD为1.1%（n=9）。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于橘红枇杷片中柚皮苷的含量测定。

Aim To establish a method for detecting naringin in juhong pipa tablets with HPLC.Methods Ultrasonic wave was adopted to produce the solution.The chromatographic column of Shim-pack VP-ODS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used,with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution（19：81）,as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min-1,the detective wavelength was 283 nm and column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range was from 0.097 to 1.742 μg（r=0.9999,n=6）.The average recovery was 98.7%,and RSD was 1.1%（n=9）.Conclusion The method is convenient,accurate and suitable for the determination of naringin in juhong pipa tablets.
