HPLC法测定固本咳喘胶囊中补骨脂素的含量

Determination of psoralem in gunben cough capsules by HPLC

目的建立固本咳喘胶囊的含量测定方法。方法采用Shimpack C18柱（6.0 mm×150 mm）,甲醇-水-磷酸（52：48：0.1）为流动相,检测波长为245 nm,流速：1.2 ml.min-1。结果补骨脂素在0.18~4.5 mg.L-1范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9996）,平均回收率97.78%,RSD为0.85%。结论本方法简单,准确,重复性好,可用于本制剂的含量测定。

Aim To establish the determination of psoralen in guben cough capsules.Methods The determination of psoralem was carried out by HPLC with a ShimpackC18（6.0 mm×150 mm）,with methon：H2O∶H3PO4（52∶48∶0.1） as a mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm,with a flow rate of 1.2 ml·min-1.Results The method showed a good linear relationship（r=0.9996）.The average recovery was 97.78%,and RSD was 0.85%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be applied to the determination.
