摘要
目的了解安徽地区汉族绝经后女性的P450基因CYP19多态性分布与骨密度的相关性。方法随机选择194名安徽合肥地区健康汉族绝经后妇女,运用双能X线骨密度吸收法测定腰椎L2~L4和股骨近端部位的骨密度(BMD),并采用聚合酶链反应——限制性片断长度多态性方法对P450基因的CYP19多态性位点进行基因分析。结果(1)CYP19基因型分布频率依次为GA型,AA型,GG型;(2)CYP19位点各部位BMD差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论安徽地区绝经后女性P450基因CYP19多态性位点与绝经后女性BMD无相关性。
Aim To investigate the distribution of CYP19 polymorphisms in cytochrome P450c(P450) gene in postmenopausal Han women in Anhui as well as its correlation with bone mineral density(BMD).Methods CYP19 polymorphism of P450 gene were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).BMD at lumbar spine 2 to 4 and the femoral neck,Ward's triangle and trochanter were measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptionmetry(DEXA).Results The distribution of CYP19 genotypes in postmenopausal Han women in Anhui was GA,AA,GG.No significant association was found between CYP19 polymorphism and BMD at any site after adjusting these impact factors(P0.05).Conclusions CYP19 polymorphism in P450 gene have no influence on BMD in postmenopausal women.
