清胰汤联合舒血宁治疗急性胰腺炎疗效观察

Effect of qingyi decoction combined shuxuening on the therapy of acute pancreatitis

目的探讨中西医结合在急性胰腺炎治疗中作用。方法将40例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组(n=20)按西医标准给与常规治疗。治疗组(n=20)在西医常规治疗基础上加服中药清胰汤及静脉点滴舒血宁。对比两组患者首次排便时间,症状(腹痛)缓解时间,体征(腹部压痛)消失时间,血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶及白细胞降至正常时间。结果治疗组患者首次排便时间,腹痛缓解时间,压痛消失时间,血、尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间,白细胞恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,总体疗效明显优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗,值得临床推广。

Aim To evaluate the effect of Qingyi decoction combined shuxuening on the therapy of acute pancreatitis.Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups：control group（standard therapeutic group）,treatment group（qingyi decoction combined shuxuenin therapeutic group）.There were 20 patients in each group.The standard Western medicine were given in control group.Qingyi decoction and shuxuening were supernumerary in treatment group.The time of pain relief,tenderness disappearance,first dejection,hemodiastase、urinary amylase and leucocyte recovery were compared between two group.Results The time of pain relief,tenderness disappearance,first dejection,hemodiastase,urinary amylase and leucocyte recovery was less in treatment group than in control group.Total effective rate was higher in treatment group than control group.Conclusion Efficacy of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis is better than conventional Western medicine treatment,which is worthy to be popularized.
