摘要
分析了学术期刊三审制审稿的每个环节,认为在整个过程中都应发挥编辑的主动性,这对于遴选优秀论文,缩短审稿周期,提高期刊的学术质量有促进作用。这要求编辑必须提高自身的学术修养。
