With the development of country＇s attention to oil energy,electronic technology and communication technology begin to get widespread application in the oil exploration and monitoring.It has been introduced several kinds of applications of radio communication technology in safety production in the oil field and characteristic,and compared with the characteristic of several short distance radio communication technology.Because of particular environment in the coal mine production and other factors,short distance radio technology has the promising development prospects in the safety production in the oil field,it will have more and more applications.
