摘要
介绍了单线数字式温度传感器DS18B20U的特点、结构及其工作原理,并给出了由DS18B20U与AT89C51构成的多点温度测控系统的硬件电路及软件程序。
The article details the characteristics,structure and the operating principle of a new digital temperature sensors DS18B20U,and gives the hardware circuit and software program of a more temperature monitoring system which made of the DS18B20U and the AT89C51.
