摘要
根据对分压强质谱计需求的迅速增长和飞行时间质谱计的新发展,研制了一种新型小飞行时间质谱计。在质谱计管的长度仅为25cm,质量范围可达1~1800原子质量单位时,对28N2+和129Xe+的实测质量分辨本领(m/△m)50%H分别优于200和300。可以预期,一种具有更高性能价格比的新型分压强质谱计将会沿此方向继续发展。
A novel mini time of flight mass spectrometer (Mini- TOFMS ) has been developed to meet the growing demands for the partial pressure mass spectrometer according to the latest TOFMS developments. The total length of this mass spectrometer tubde is just 250 mm and the mass range can be reached to 1800 u. The experimental mass resolution (m/△m )50%H is better than 200 and 300 for 28N2+ and 129Xe+, respectively. A new type of partial pressure mass spectrometer with much higher peformance-to-price ratio is expected to be developed in this direction.
