一针式皮下隧道股静脉置入PICC的效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨一针式皮下隧道股静脉置入PICC的应用效果。方法将60例需行股静脉PICC的肿瘤患者随机分为两组,每组各30例;试验组:采取从股静脉加一针式皮下隧道置入PICC;对照组:直接从股静脉置入PICC。两组均给予常规护理。观察两组患者导管留置时间及导管性感染发生率。结果试验组较对照组的导管留置时间显著延长,穿刺处局部感染率、导管头端感染率、血培养阳性率较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在穿刺部位血肿、血栓性静脉炎、导管阻塞、导管脱出、导管错位等方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一针式皮下隧道股静脉置入PICC置管时间长,感染发生率低,对于肿瘤患者是值得应用的输液途径。 Objective To explore the effect of on,stitch subcutaneous tunnel inserted Peripherally Inserted Cen- tral Catheter(PlCC) through femoral vein. Methods A randomized control study was performed on 60 tumor patients with PICC. One stitch subcutaneous tunnel inserted PICC through femoral vein was used for 30 patients(trial group), and 30 others were catheterized with PICC through femoral vein(control group). The patients of both groups were given routine nursing. The differences were compared in the re tention time of PICC and the catheter-related infection rate. Results The retention time of trial group was significantly prolonged than that of the control group(P〈0. 05). The infection rates of local skin and catheter tip culture and positive rate of peripheric blood culture in trial group were significantly decreased (P^0.05). There were no significant differences between the two groups in puncture site hematoma, thrombophlebitis,catheter obstruction or extrusion and catheter dislocation(P^0.05). Conclusion One stitch subcutaneous tunnel inserted PICC through femoral vein is effective to prevent catheter-related infec tion and prolong the retention time of catheter,which is worth popularization for tumor patients.
