Application of the medial(outside)head gastracnemius muscle flap in reconstructing deep burn wound

目的探讨应用腓肠肌内(外)侧头肌皮瓣修复小腿中上段、膝关节处深度创面的方法和效果。方法2002年3月至2008年10月,应用腓肠肌内(外)侧头肌皮瓣修复小腿中上段、膝关节处深度创面16例。结果肌皮瓣全部成活。创面一期愈合14例,二期愈合2例。随访半年至一年,功能、外观满意。结论腓肠肌内(外)侧头肌皮瓣是修复小腿中上段、膝关节处深度烧伤创面的理想方法。

Objective To evaluate the method and efficacy of application of the medial（outside）gastracnemius myocutaneous flap in reconstrucing deep burn wound in the middle-upper section of the leg and the knee joint. Methods From March 2002 to October 2008, 16 case of the medial （outside）gastracnemius myocutaneous flap were applied to reconstruct deep burn wound in the middle-upper section of the leg and the knee joint. Results All the myocutaneous flap survived. 14 case of wound was healed in I stage, 2 case of wound was healed in II stage. After a half or one year, the function and outward appearance was satisfactory. Conclusion The medial （outside） gastracnemius myocutaneous flap is one of ideal methods of reconstructing deep burn wound in the middle-upper section of the leg and the knee joint.
