摘要
对γ相和α相纳米晶体Fe_2O_3的系列样品进行了X射线衍射点阵参量实验研究和计算。结合所得到的晶粒度和微结构参数,发现纳米晶体Fe_2O_3的晶粒组元中存在着晶格畸变;随着温度的升高,γ相和α相纳米晶体Fe_2O_3的点阵参量呈现出了明显的变化,其晶格畸变与晶粒度和温度有较密切的关联。
The microstructures of a series of nanocrystaline γ-Fe_2O_3 and α-Fe_2O_3 samples were studied with X-ray diffraction. Our results showed that lattice distortion exists in the nanocrystalline grains and that lattice distortion depends significantly on grain sizes and temperature. Distincitive changes in lattice parameters of the two nanocrystalline oxideswere observed with higher temperature.
