主要介绍西洋参采用真空冷冻干燥工艺处理的先进方法,获取的制品优于传统的加工方法,保持了西洋参的特性与风味,有利于分切与制剂,便于食用,为西洋参的开发与保鲜创造了条件。
Vacuun freeze-drying has been succssful developed to proces panax quinquefolium.L. In addition to shorter processing time,the many advantages over the conventional drying include better preservation of its flavor and its key nutritious ingredients, longer preservation time and easier use both for customers or in medicine production.
