摘要
2008年7月,我国的重症医学(Critical Care Medicine,CCM)已成为临床医学二级学科,学科代码:320.58。重症医学科(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)也被批准为临床一级诊疗科目(代码:28),成为医院中独立的科室,从事重症医学专业的医师们从此有了自己的学科领域。国家卫生部正式颁发的《中国重症医学科建设与管理指南》是各级医院建立重症医学科的指导性文件,比照该《指南》的要求来评价我省重症医学的现状,从而找到发展的方向,是摆在我们面前亟待完成的工作。
In July 2008, critical care medicine （CCM） has become the second-class discipline of clinical medicine in China （ code： 320.58）. Intensive Care Unit （ ICU） has also been approved as the first-class clinical subject （code： 28） and has become an independent hospital department. Doctors engaged on critical care medicine have their own professional subject area from then on. Guideline of construction and management of critical care medicine in China published by Ministry of Health is the guiding document for the establishment of ICU in all kinds of hospitals. It is high time that we evaluated the CCM status in our province according to the requirement of guideline so as to find the direction of development.
