摘要 本文详述了目前呼吸机撤离时的临床参考指标及病理生理指标用于判断撤机预后的临床研究进展情况,并展望了智能化撤机临床使用进展情况、必要性及可能性。 This paper introduces the application and necessity of withdrawl of breathing machine in breathing machine adjuvant therapy. We elaborate the advance in clinical research on clinical references and pathophysiology indicators for prognosis judgment after withdrawl of breathing machine. We also prospect the progress, safety and necessity of withdrawal of breathing machine by Smartcare mode in clinic.
