过氧乙酸复方消毒剂杀灭枯草杆菌芽孢的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究一种用于污染装备表面快速消毒的过氧乙酸复方消毒剂,并观察其杀灭枯草杆菌芽孢效果。方法把两种消毒剂配制成不同浓度的复方,进行悬液定量杀芽孢、载体杀芽孢和模拟现场定量杀芽孢实验。结果在室温下,四组复方对枯草杆菌芽孢均有一定的杀灭效果,A组复方以500 mg/L有效氯与1000 mg/L过氧乙酸混配而成,悬液定量杀菌时10 min的杀灭对数值达7.74;载体定性杀菌时上述浓度15 min杀灭率达100%;模拟现场试验时,作用10 min杀灭对数值达4.20~6.40。结论A组复方消毒剂对枯草杆菌芽孢达到了快速、高效的杀灭效果。 Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of compound peracetic acid disinfection so- lution in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger. Methods Two kinds of disinfectants were mixed into compound at certain ratio. The suspension quantitative germicidal test, carrier qualitative germicidal test and simulated field test were carried out. Results In the suspension quantitative germicidal test, the killing log- arithms of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger exposed to the solution containing 1000 mg/L peracetic acid and 500 mg/L available chlorine for 10 rain was 7.74. In the carrier qualitative germicidal test, the germici- dal efficacy was 100%. In simulated field test, the killing logarithms of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger on steel tubes exposed to the solution containing 1000 mg,/L peracetic acid and 500 mg/L available chlorine for 10 min was 4.20 - 6.40. Conclusion The compound disinfection solution of A group had a good germi- cidal efficacy in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger.
