摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定脑通络口服液中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用Lichrospher C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相A为0.1%磷酸水溶液、流动相B为甲醇,pH4.15±0.02,检测波长为316 nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃。结果阿魏酸在8.112~64.896μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率98.15%,RSD=1.79%(n=9)。结论反相高效液相梯度洗脱法简便,准确,重复性好,适用于脑通络口服液中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) gradient e- lution method for determination of ferulic acid in naoluotong oral liquid. Methods The HPLC systerm con- sisted of lichrospher C18 column ( 4.6 mm× 250mm, 5μm) , methanol-O. 1% phosphm'ic acid solution ( ad- justed PH to 4. 15±0.02 with triehylamine)was used as amobile phase with gradient elation,the detector wavelength was set at 316 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was 25℃. Results The linear range of [erulic acid was 8. 112 - 64. 896μg/ml, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 98.15% ,RSD was 1.79% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for determination of ferulic acid in Naotongltw oral liquid.
