摘要
自次贷危机在美国乃至全球市场蔓延以来,我国金融市场也面临着很大挑战。面对如此严峻的形势,商业银行如何保持稳定发展,是当前非常重要的课题。对我国商业银行个人住房贷款业务风险及其产生原因进行剖析,明确风险防范管理措施,对我国个人房贷有积极的现实意义。

Ever since, the loan crisis has rapidly come in American and even quickly spread to the global market. In recent years, our country money market was also facing the very big challenge. Facing the stem situation, how does the Commercial bank maintains the steady progression is currently the most important issue. This article has analyzed our country Commercial bank individual mortgage services risks and the reason to the risks, and has given the risk guard management measure, with a view to have a certain reference for China's individual housing loans.
