How to Improve the Efficiency of Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育课程效能的提高,仅仅依靠课程改革是不够的,还需要更多配套的改革措施。主要应抓好四项工作:必须系统提升教师的专业素养;课程结构力求多样化;理论教学要讲求启蒙性和思想性;把各项政策、措施切实落实到位。

This article argues that, besides course reform, more has to be done to improve the efficiency of ideological and political education at universities. Priority should be given to： faculty members＂ high professional level, diversification of course content and inspiring ways to improve theoretical instruction, and the guarantee for implementation of education reform policies.
