摘要
文章从大功率LED共晶设备出发,结合实际操作中所用焊接材料,对在共晶炉中充入氢气的可行性进行了探讨,详细计算了共晶炉内的氢气量及压力与爆炸极限的关系。结果表明,当氢气充入量为10ml、共晶炉内气压小于248.9Pa时,不论1W单颗LED亦或100W集成封装共晶,均可保证炉内所有焊片的氧化层得到充分还原,此时氢气占反应腔内总气体的浓度在75.6%以上,远离其爆炸极限临界值。随着氢气用量的增加,共晶炉内真空度要求随之下降,为生产厂家提供了方便。文章对氢气的排放做了简要介绍,并与其他共晶设备做了比较,对共晶设备的制造研发具有较高的指导意义。
According to the high power LED eutectic equipments and welding materials used in practical.In this paper,the feasibility of hydrogen's application in eutectic furnace was discussed.We calculated the hydrogen's volume and gas pressure in detail,then obtained their association with explosion limit respectively.The results showed that when hydrogen's volume reached 10ml and gas pressure in eutectic furnace is less than 248.9Pa,All soldering oxide layers can be reduced completely in spite of 1W or 100W LED produced through integrated packaging technology,The concentration of hydrogen will be above 75.6% which is far away from the critical explosion limit value.The requirement of vaccum degree will be lower with increase of hydrogen,This is convient for producers.The article also introduced briefly about hydrogen's exhaust and compare with other equipments.It has important guidance meaning to the development of eutectic equipments.
