近年来,我国部分企业产品造假、管理腐败、重大事故连续不断等被媒体曝光后,各界人士开始反思企业文化沦落的根本原因,寻找企业文化的建设机制,发现我国古典哲学著作《道德经》阐述的诚信、不言之教、有无相生、祸福依伏、处下低调的辩证思维被许多企业家灵活应用于领导艺术和经营之道中,对企业的管理文化具有巨大的指导意义。

In recent years,some evil phenomena,such as product counterfeiting,corruptive management,continuous fatal accidents etc.in some Chinese enterprises had been exposed by the media.Then people from all circles？began to rethink about the root causes of enterprise culture being reduced to poverty and look for new building mechanism of enterprise culture.It was found out that some dialectical thinking,such as honesty,setting a good example,existence and non-existence lying upon each other,misery and happiness occurring with each other,humility whenever,in Tao Te Ching,a Chinese classical philosophical work,had been flexibly applied to art of leadership and business management by many entrepreneurs.These dialectical thinking will play an important guiding role in corporate management culture building.
