摘要
监狱警察的工作具有高危险、高压力、高应激的特点,监狱警察是最易产生身体和心理问题的群体之一。忽视监狱警察的心理问题及带来的负面影响,将严重影响到监狱的安全与稳定。目前,我国监狱警察获得的支持和关怀远远低于自身的需要。关注监狱警察的心理健康问题,为其提供必要的心理帮助,是我国监狱系统落实科学发展观,树立以人为本理念的具体要求。
The police who work in prison often face with high danger, high pressure and high stress, and tend to have physical and psychological problems. It will have strong influence on prison＇s security and stability to ignore their psychological problems. At present, in our country, they have got attention and support far below their needs. Therefore, to provide necessary psychological help is the specific requirements of implementing the scientific development and establishing the concept of people-oriented.
