大学生法律素质评价与发展探析

On College Student's Legal Quality Evaluation and Development

法律知识和法律意识是大学生法律素质的重要评价要素。针对这两个要素,分别对大三非法律专业学生和普通公民进行问卷调查,发现大学生对民法、部门法掌握较好,对社会热点法律问题的认识具有统一性,但他们的法律信仰不够坚定;在法律与道德的边缘问题上,其守法意志比较薄弱。因此,提升大学生法律素质,应当从学校、学生会和社会多层次加强大学生法律素质培养,促进他们撑握正确全面的法律知识和确立坚定饱满的法律意识。

Legal knowledge and legal awareness are two basic elements to evaluate college students＇ legal quality. As to these two elements, a questionnaire survey is carried out among the students in the major of law and ordinary citizens, which shows that students are familiar with civil law, and have unified views on social hot issues, but they have no firm faith. Therefore, promoting college students＇ quality should depend on college, the student union, and the society so as to improve their correct comprehensive knowledge of the law and their firmly legal awareness.
