For the students willing to participate in CPC（Communist Party of China）,Party lectures,the education of Marxism,act as the significant method,as well as the important approach to the formation of college students＇ positive views of the world,life and value.The paper analyzes the difficulties existing in Party lectures in marine institutes at present,and presents the approach to Party lectures based on the characteristics of marine institutes.
