摘要 二十一世纪的今天,国家政治、经济的发展使得社会对人才的需求更加"专业化",职业教育的重点建设在全国范围内又一次掀起了高潮。本文在分析国内外职业教育特点的基础上,结合一线教育工作者的实践经验,认真学习陈鹤琴先生提出的"四步骤教学法"理论,并将该理论运用于教学实践中,以期实现职业教育"专业职业技术人才"的专、尖培养的目标。 In the twenty - first century, the country' s political and economic development makes the social demand for talent is more "professional.
