摘要
本文以脱脂牛奶为物料,进行了瓶装物料的冷冻干燥实验,分析了所得冻干曲线的特征,探索了加热温度、辐射温度与冻干室压强对冻干过程的影响规律,进而对冻干机理和物料温度的监测进行阐述,得到了加热温度与辐射温度相同时恒温恒压操作的最佳参数(323K、30Pa)并提出了一些强化冻干过程的措施。本研究对实际冻干生产有一定的指导作用,也为瓶装物料的二维理论模型研究提供了基础。
The experiments of freeze-drying of skim milk in vials have been Carried out. We have analyzed the freeze-drying curves obtained and investigated the effects of heating temperature, radiatimg temperature and chamber pressure on freeze-drying process. Further, the mechanisms of freeze-drying and the monitoring of material temperatures are expounded. If heating temperature and radiating temperature are smae, the optimal parameters are 323K and 30Pa for the operation of constant temperature and pressure. Some methods for enhancing freeze-drying process are presented too. These results are available for realistic production and offer a base for research of two-dimensional model of freeze-drying of materials in vials.
