摘要
二硫氰基甲烷是一种高效、广谱杀菌剂,其生产废水毒害性大,不适于生化处理。设计并制作了一套处理工艺装置。采用降温回收废水中的二硫氰基甲烷——光解氧化——浓缩结晶脱除氯化钠——碱性氯化法除氰工艺。结果表明:光解氧化——碱性氯化法能有效去除废水中的有害物质,脱色效果显著。获得了处理出水达标的数据:色度〈50(倍);SS≤70mg/L,BODs≤20mg/L;CODCr≤100mg/L;NH3^-N≤15mg/L;CN-≤0.5mg/L;pH=6-9.

The results were as: light decomposes oxidize - -basification chlorinate can effective take off pernious matter in the waste water decolour bring about a striking effect. The following data of come to standard for improving water were obtained: colour multiple of dilute 〈 50;SS≤70mg/L,BODs≤20mg/L;CODCr≤100mg/L;NH3^-N≤15mg/L;CN-≤0.5mg/L;pH=6-9.
