二硫氰基甲烷杀菌剂生产废水处理工艺研究

二硫氰基甲烷是一种高效、广谱杀菌剂，其生产废水毒害性大，不适于生化处理。设计并制作了一套处理工艺装置。采用降温回收废水中的二硫氰基甲烷——光解氧化——浓缩结晶脱除氯化钠——碱性氯化法除氰工艺。结果表明：光解氧化——碱性氯化法能有效去除废水中的有害物质，脱色效果显著。获得了处理出水达标的数据：色度〈50（倍）；SS≤70mg/L,BODs≤20mg/L;CODCr≤100mg/L;NH3^-N≤15mg/L;CN-≤0.5mg/L;pH=6-9.
