Application of Standard Scores in Exam Reports

考试成绩评定一般使用原始分,实际操作中,只使用原始分有诸多问题。本文结合大学英语教学改革,对考试的成绩评定提出改进意见,引进标准分评定方法,并结合实践,设计了一套实用的将标准分按一定的优秀率和不及格率换算成百分制分数的方法。

Raw scores are commonly used in the reports of exams, which brings about several problems in practice. Based on the reform of college English teaching, which requires a more comprehensive, objective, scientific and accurate evaluation system, this article suggests introducing standard scores into exam reports. It also puts forward a practical method of how to convert the standard scores into the scores of hundred-mark system at a designated ratio of excellence rate and failure rate.
