摘要
发展性评价的实施不仅有利于大学教学质量的提高,而且有利于教师的职业发展,实施发展性评价已成为世界教师职业发展的共同趋势。当前高校在实施发展性评价中存在课堂教学评价的边缘化、评价中主体性缺失、发展性功能不明显等问题,教学团队因其具备有利于教师的团体性合作、促使教师评价主体的良好效能感的形成、有利于教师专业对话的开展等优势,而成为高校教学团队人才实施发展性评价的主要组织形式。
The developmental evaluation of teachers can promote the quality of teaching teachers, which has been becoming the trend of university teachers evaluation. Based on and professionalization of analysis of the problems of actualizing in university, this paper points out that teaching - team cooperation is best way to promote the develop- mental evaluation of teachers. Teaching - team cooperation can provide a good environment to cooperate and to dialogue on their teaching and career development. So, developmental evaluation of university teachers based on teaching team cooperation should be the main organization of evaluation of teachers.
