学生干部是学生工作中重要的组成体系,是教师联系学生的桥梁,是反馈学生意见、要求和建议的主要渠道,在学校教育和学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务中,起着不可替代的作用,而且学生干部综合素质的高低严重影响学生工作队伍的水平,对于构建和谐的校园至关重要。因而,我们应该认真研究高校学生干部的选拔、培养和使用。

Student cadres are important component systems in students＇ affairs, they are also links between teachers and students, and a main channel to receive students＂ feedback, request and suggestion. They play a unique role in university education and students＇ self-education, self-management, and self-service. And student cadres＇ quality has a great influence to the level of group of students＇ affairs, and it is also very important to construct a harmony university. Therefore, we should pay more attention to studying how to select, train and use student cadres in universities.
