摘要
小麦离体叶片衰老过程中,过氧化物酶活力随之增加,36h达到最大值,以后缓慢下降.过氧化物酶同工酶谱带数无变化,但谱带强度有变化,其趋势与其活力变化一致;亚精胺(Spd)能显著抑制小麦离体叶片衰老过程中氧化物酶活性的增加。
When the wheat invitro blades come to the decline phase,peroxidase acts more actively and comers to maximum in 36 hours and then declines steadily.The band numbers of peroxidase isoenzymes remain the same,while the intensity of bands vary,with their variation according with the activity.Spermidine can distinctly check the increase of the activity of peroxidase of the wheat invitro blades in the decline phase,hence the decline of band numbers of isoenzymes.
